Maintenance

Fall Cleanup Updates

McGinty Brothers who overseas the maintenance of our detention pond/area, will be doing a Fall Burn of the area this fall. They will be handing out door hangers with information about the burn within the next couple of weeks. The fall burn season does not usually start until the middle of November. They will keep the Board posted as the season gets closer. Because burning is dependent on weather conditions, they cannot schedule a burn more than a couple of days before.

The sprinkler systems have been turned off for the season. A reminder to all residents to disconnect their outdoor hoses and bring them in for the winter.

Our lawn maintenance company, Sanchez, will be doing a fall cleanup in the coming weeks.

Winter Maintenance

Please be reminded that Salt or Ice Melt products should never be used on our driveways for ice – it will damage the driveway.

General Maintenance Issues

Our builder is aware of all of the dead/dying trees in our subdivision. They will be making an inspection of not only these trees but other outstanding issues still left to complete in the subdivision some time before the end of this year. Included in this is new subdivision signage at the corner of Bell Road and McCarthy Road.

Community

Reminder: Lemont and Illinois hold a general election on Tuesday, November 3.

HOA reminders

For all pet owners, please remember to pick up dog waste not only while walking your dog, but also in your yard. If you have visiting guests with dogs, please remind your guests of this as well.
